Our company specializes in the production of various types of damper products, with an annual shipment volume of 550,000–600,000 pieces. Our product range includes subframe dampers, driveshaft torsional vibration dampers, rear axle dampers, drive shaft dampers, transmission shaft dampers, steering wheel dampers, tailgate dampers, seat dampers, center tunnel dampers, tie rod dampers, bracket dampers, torsion beam dampers, and wheel hub dampers, among others.

Among these, torsional vibration dampers are our core product. Based on vibration and noise data provided by OEMs and improvement requirements from customers, we independently complete the product structure design and performance definition. Actual vehicle tests have verified that the product meets customer design goals in terms of vibration reduction and noise suppression, and it has achieved large-scale mass production. Through continuous optimization and analysis, we have added torsion limit and anti-detachment structures to the product, significantly enhancing its service life.

Currently, this torsional vibration damper has been successfully applied to more than 10 vehicle models, serving renowned automakers such as Chery Automobile, SAIC-GM-Wuling, Dongfeng Fengxing, and BAIC. The product frequency range covers 33–100 Hz, and installation methods include bolt connection and interference press-fitting, adapting to the diverse needs of different vehicle platforms.
